Thursday Morning I had low oil pressure. I gave them a call. Needless to say, I had to stay a couple of days, but it was worth it cause my truck is running better than the day I got it! My Baby is pulling hills with no hesitation at all (never done that at all).
The Entire Staff are very knowledgeable & my best Mechanical experience Yet & I’ve been driving 22 years so that says a lot. Just wished Knoxville Diesel was 971 miles close to me here in Fort Worth, Thx cause I know who would be my Mechanics.

Was coming down from Winslow, ME and broke down on I 40 on a Thursday afternoon called these guys and they sent a tow truck out for me. I let them know my situation and told them I needed to be in TX by MON. And they were able to get me in and out in no time! Thank you! On my way to TX to make my delivery on time!
Do your truck a favor. Go see for yourself… and right when I thought I was out of business after being told by a major dealership in Virginia that I have lost my Detroit DD15 engine, with repairs estimates that would linger at around minimum of 20k to fix it, I left and headed back home to Knoxville TN to take my truck to Knoxville Diesel. When I got there, John, the Owner, Master techs Johnny and Marcus, his lovely wife and daughters and the service writer all together welcomed me so warmly. They were kind, professional, and RESPECTFUL. John told me to go home and relax and not to worry. They told me they have my back and they kept their WORD, and in our industry, few keep their word. John the owner, is still a trucker and he knows what you are going through. He knows our struggles. So go see them.
